Cargo Bridge is an interesting bridge-building simulation with cartoony graphics, reminiscent of PC classic Bridge Builder. Your goal on each level is to build a bridge that is strong enough to get the little guys across and their heavier cargo back. You have a limited budget and every plank or steel girder you place costs money – so minimalist designs are best! Later on you'll get more materials to build with but face some fiendish levels.. what's your best score?

Description
A new quality of bridge builder. Build a bridge and test your consctruction skills. Help your workers to collect items located on the other side of valley. Become a number one of the leader board.
Instructions
Build a bridge using your mouse and available budget. When it is done click "Test your bridge".
Your workers will use it to get items located at the other side of valley, and bring them back to the shop. Your goal is to collect all items in level.
For each level you have limited budget. All money that you won't use, become your score, so cheaper bridge = higher score.
Money collected in all levels of game will be your total score and will be sent to leader board. You will use those money in challenge mode too.
Building tips:
* There are two types of bridge elemets: "walk" – workers can step on them, "connectors" – used only to connect elemets of the bridge, workers do not collide with them.
* "Connector" elements are cheaper and lighter so use them as much as you can
* Each type of item have different weight and some of them will need stronger bridge then others.
* At the begining of game only wood elements of bridge are available. In further levels, aditional materials will be accessible also, so use them wisely.

There is a downloadable version, goto limexgames website, there's a link. I'm running that, as flash version keeps losing my progress.

This game really reminds me of Portal, it gets some part of your brain working that you don't use with most games, perhaps that explains the immense satisfaction. Now if I could get it on the psp or ds Id be more than happy to pay for it. C'mon guys. Oh and it doesn't seem to save the game…

Another classic example of BAD game design. Why do I say this? Because I was doing very well until level 17, taking maybe three or four tries to get past each previous level. Then I hit level 17, and it was like hitting a brick wall. I tried and tried and tried and tried again to get past the level, then finally "threw in the towel" and looked for some solutions to the level on the internet. I found one, tried it, and guess what? Even THAT failed.
As of now you couldn't PAY me to play this game again. I don't need this kind of frustration. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAAAAAD game design, done by lazy designers. I've seen this syndrome a thousand times before. Classic case of "somewhat hard, little harder, little harder yet, then OMG ten thousand times more difficult!" Forget it. I refuse to say a single word in praise of such poor game design.

Gonna have to agree with Elliot E. on this one. 17 came and it indeed was like a brick wall. It could be that some people's brains just solve puzzles differently; I dunno, I usually consider myself pretty clever but this one stumped me.

Ok, I just did the first 10 levels, pretty much built my bridge the exact same way each time, got them all on the first try. I guess I'm kinda over it . . . too easy??

pfft. anyone who cries about lvl 17…just wait it gets a whole lot harder. you have to start to really think outside the box. i am on lvl 22 and have been stuck there for weeks. its crazy hard but i keep trying!

also might want to try "the challenge" off to the left when you are selecting your lvl. i am on 30m and am having a very tough time now.

I played this game a while ago and have just remembered why I never got anywhere in it – you can change part of bridge at one end of the map and have that somehow stop a completely different bridge from being strong enough.
On Level 5 I had two perfect bridges but the last one didn't work. Changed the last bridge a bit and suddenly the first bridge wasn't strong enough for the elephant, so I had to reinforce it loads. I tried again and the revisions to the last bridge weren't good enough. I rebuilt it for a second time only to find that this somehow made the SECOND bridge not work.
